Profound But Technically Meaningless

This is the part where I gratuitously talk about myself. I guess that is the entire point of this blog, but here’s the concentrated version…

My name is Ella, I’m 20 years old and live in Auckland, New Zealand. I’m a New Yorker at heart though. 

I’m studying public health and film,television and media studies. My dream is to work in television, in either writing or production. 

I enjoy comedy, wittiness, literature, tv, film and interesting things, things covered in chocolate (especially pretzels) and travelling so I’m sure you’ll see quite a bit of that here. 

I watch a lot of TV. Also, I live vicariously though fictional stories. Also also, I get emotionally over-invested in characters and their relationships. 

I have a thing for bromances, guys in cardigans and cuteness. Also, ukuleles. Also, people who buy me coffee. 

I’m pretty much in love with Dan Harmon, Steven Moffat, Emma Stone, Ryan Gosling, the current cast of Doctor Who, any guy who is more adorable than he is hot. 

I’m an agnostic atheist, a liberal, humanist, feminist, pro-choice, pro-equality… I could go on, but I think you get the point. I like categories. I like to laugh. I like to plan (though not to stick to said plans). I like questions so please don’t be shy :)
